Books About Tax Liens And Deeds
by Sawnia House 06/19/2006
Mr. Hampton--

Can you please recommend a good book on how to buy tax liens/deeds? There seem to be a lot out there. Also, your article mentions that these can be bought online--is there a website(s) that you would recommend for this?

Thank you,

Sawnia House

Dear Ms. House,

Yes, you are absolutely correct. There are many books out there claiming to give advice about tax liens and deeds. Although there are so many, not all actually give you the tools you may need in order to start investing yourself. These are a few books I recommend you take a look at if you have interest in the subject:

"Make Money in Real Estate Tax Liens : How To Guarantee Your Return Up To 50%" by Chantal Howell Carey and Bill Carey

"The 16% Solution How To Get Interest Rates in a Low Interest World with Tax Lien Certificates" by Joel S. Moskowitz, J.D.

and

"From Credit Despair to Credit Millionaire" by me, Carl Hampton

All three of these books give you an in depth explanation of what tax liens and deeds are. My book also gives you direction in DETAIL, showing you how you can invest in liens and where to go after you have done so.

Best wishes,
Carl Hampton
